Course Objective

Students will gain a strong understanding of Commercial Auto Coverage with an extensive review of the following three forms:
1. The Business Auto Coverage
2. The Garage Coverage Form
3. The Truckers Coverage Form
Upon completion of this course the student will be able to utilize the commercial auto forms in meeting his/her client needs.This course will help you better understand how the laws effect claims handling as prescribed in consumer laws and the Unfair Competition and Unfair Practices Act.
