I don't remember my password. How do I get it?
On the left side of the Home Page, click Forgot My Password. The system will e-mail your password to your e-mail address in your record.
I have changed my e-mail address and cannot remember my password. What do I do?
Call the Center at 210-417-4642 for assistance.
How do I update my record?
Login and click [Edit Your Account]. Make the necessary changes and click [Update].
Is it available in my country?

New Students
I have never used the Center's services before. Must I register first before ordering a course or package?
No, when you select a course or package the system will guide you through the order/registration process.
Where do I get my password?
As a new student, you can develop your own password during the ordering process.
Course Selection
What is difference between Classroom Equivalency Course and Correspondence Course?
Classroom Equivalency courses consists of on line reading assignments with a quiz at the end of each assignment and final exam, if required. Correspondence courses consists of a downloadable textbook and a final exam.
How do I know what courses or packages to register for?
Select [Packages] (if available for your state) if you need 15 to 30 CE hours. This is the most cost-effective method. If you need 15 hours or less select [Courses].
What courses are included in the [Package]?
Click [More Info] under the Package Title and an information page will appear telling you what courses are included in the package.
Course Examinations
What is the difference between a proctored exam and a non-proctored exam?
Some states require that courses to have a proctored closed book exam. If your state requires a proctored exam, the system will require the exam to be proctored (see Examinations under [Instructions]. Students do not have the right to select either a proctored exam or non-proctored exam. Proctor exams cannot be printed.
Who can be a proctor for my exam?
Any adult who is not related to you by blood or marriage, or someone you supervise, or some that supervises you. Arizona requires the proctor to be a licensed agent in the state of Arizona. Wyoming requires that the proctor not work for the same company/agency as the student.
Does the proctor need to watch me while I take the exam?
Yes. All states require the proctor to have visual contact with the student during the time the student is completing the exam.
How do you know the proctor was with me during the exam?
The proctor must login with you at the start of the exam and then log off at the end. If the proctor does not log-out within a few minutes of the exam completion the system will time-out and no grade will be given. Once the proctor has logged out the system will immediately grade your exam..
How do I get my grade?
For a non-proctor exam, when you click [Submit Exam] at the end process, the system will automatically grade your exam. Proctored exam require the student to click [Continue] after printing the proctor affidavit to obtain a score. Your score will appear in about 20 seconds.
How do I prove I have completed a course?
The Center will e-mail you a certificate of completion to the e-mail address you have in your student record. Some states require the Center to notify them of your completion. State CE notices are usually submitted to the appropriate state agency within two weeks of your course completion.

How do I get a receipt?
When you register for an individual course/package a receipt is immediately e-mailed to you with your course instructions. If you need a replacement receipt log in to your student record and click the [Invoice/Receipt] button then click the order number.
